Bespoke Designs are created and tailored to reflect your personal style and needs, my bespoke process is not limited to engagement & ceremonial rings.

As these items are created specifically for you, please understand these
pieces are non-refundable. During the process of designing your custom piece
there will be specific stages where your confirmation of approval is required
to proceed, this is to ensure you are confident and comfortable with your
choices before production begins. 

Bespoke quotes will be honoured for 7-days from the invoice date regardless
of changes to the market value, if no deposit is confirmed within this
timeframe please understand the original quote or design may no long be
achievable. You will be notified of any changes to price or availability and
issued with a new quote before proceeding with your order. 

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your design and choice of gemstones (if
required) and begin production; this deposit is non-refundable. Final payment
on your invoice is due before your order can be shipped or collected.

Invoices not finalised and/or collected within 3-months of completion are considered uncollected good under the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2012. Aradia Designs reserves the right to retain ownership of uncollected goods. In these circumstances you will be contacted to resolve the matter before any actions are taken.

Estimated shipment dates for made-to-order and pre-sale items can be found
at the end of the items description. These dates are ESTIMATES ONLY. Specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed for any items due to the Fair Work Act 2009 - ensuring decent working conditions, honouring the human element of production and respecting the nature of artisan craft.

Customers are always welcome to reach out to customer service for updates,
and any changes to expected timelines will be updated in the product
description on the website. 

Ready-to-wear collections feature unique design elements and materials that
can only be produced in a limited capacity. These items will often feature
natural gemstones or organic materials (ie. pearls & amber) that have limited
availabilities due to their natural origins.

These items are sold as is and will be shipped within 2-business days of
order placement, tracking information will be sent via email.

Available quantities of each piece will be
listed on the items page. Once sold, items will be marked as
"made-to-order" and can be purchased as a custom order. Please
understand that due to the nature of these materials, made-to-order pieces may
differ slightly from the original product due to availability of gemstones.

All pricing is calculated based on the material costs at the time of quoting
or sale, the labour required and any additional services (ie. gift wrapping,
engraving etc.). Due to the regularly fluctuating prices and availabilities of
precious metals and natural gemstones, please understand that prices and
availability may be subject to change with active market values. 

Made-to-Order (including Pre-Sale):

Due to the creation process for these items, please understand that once your
order is placed modifications or cancellations may not be possible if materials
have been purchased or production has begun. If you need to cancel or make a
modification to your order, please contact customer support as soon as possible.

Ready-to-Wear:

These pieces are in-stock and sold as-is, they are unable to be modified
however some modifications can be addressed through a custom order. The
cancellation of a Ready-to-Wear purchase must me arranged before your order is
shipped and tracking provided, so please contact customer support as soon as
possible. 

Once your order has been shipped, cancellations can only be arranged for
store credit before your item has been delivered. 

Shipping is available Australia-wide, using AusPost Express. 

All orders will be packed and shipped within 2-business days of order
completion, please see individual items listings or bespoke quote for expected
completion dates. You'll be notified via email with a tracking number when your
package is on its way.

Aradia Designs hope you love your beautiful, handmade jewellery and
trinkets. However, if you are unhappy with the fit or feel of your new piece,
you are welcome to return your purchase for a size exchange or credit
note. 

Please be mindful when choosing your new keepsake Aradia Design, as each
piece is made to order with high value, precious materials please understand
that we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please think carefully
before making your purchase as refunds are only provided when an item is deemed
as a manufacturing fault, and cannot be repaired or replaced. 

Sales items are not eligible for a refund or exchange. A full priced item
purchased with a  promotional code qualifies as a sale item. 

All purchases made through this website are subject to confirmation and
acceptance by Aradia Designs. Your order may be rejected for certain reasons at
any time prior to shipping, in these rare circumstances you will be contacted
directly and a refund or store credit will be issued. 

Aradia Designs cannot accept liability for any item until it is returned and
meets the following criteria:

- Customer care was contacted within 48-hours of receiving the parcel; please
contact madeline@aradiadesigns.com.au

- The item(s) was received by Aradia Designs within 14-days of delivery (please
note, we understand that delays may occur during transit)

- Goods must be returned in the original condition with original packaging
intact. Items that are damaged or soiled with makeup, dirt, food etc., will not
be accepted. 

Aradia Designs reserves the right to repair and
damaged jewellery, objects or trinkets.

Please note that Aradia Designs cannot backdate promotional codes or sales
on pre-existing purchases. 

Aradia Designs takes no responsibility for
promotional codes that were not applied during the checkout process, and
discounts cannot be refunded after the fact. If you are having trouble with a
code, please contact customer service before completing your order.

Aradia Designs credit notes are valid for 6-months from the date of issue
and are non-refundable or redeemable for cash. You can contact customer care if
you need to discuss extending the expiration date, this must be done before the
expiration date of the credit note. 

Credit notes are issued via gift certificate sent directly to your inbox,
which contain a unique code to be entered at checkout. Credit is stored on the
code so you may use it all at once, or across multiple orders. 

All Aradia Designs creations include a lifetime warranty that specifically
covers any manufacturing faults, however this not not include damages caused by
expected wear and tear, customer mishandling, oxidisation or broken chains
(unless the chain itself is deemed faulty).

Each piece is created to the highest standards using quality materials, each
piece is subjected to quality control before leaving the workshop making faulty
goods unlikely. If there is a problem with your piece, please get in contact
with customer service as soon as possible. Your piece will be assessed to
determine cause of damage and a recommendation for repair or replacement will
be provided. 

It is important to note this warranty does not
cover lost, stolen or damaged goods including chipped/damaged diamonds or
gemstones.

The Designs:
All designs, sketches, prototypes and final products created by Aradia Designs are the exclusive property of the designer - Aradia Designs. The designer retains all rights, titles, and interest in and to the designs, including but not limited to copyright, trademark and and intellectual property rights.

Prohibition of Reproduction:
Designs created by Aradia Designs may not be reproduced by a client or third-party in any medium or form without express written permission from the designer - Aradia Designs. Unauthorised reproductions or modifications will be considered a violation of this sales agreement and may result in legal action.
